No logins, no forms, no portals. Send your photos and a few sentences and it becomes a dated entry on the feed, tagged to your branch.

What to include
- Subject line = the title. “Spring realtor golf scramble,” “Welcome to the team, Kayla,” “Ice cream Friday.” Short and specific beats clever.
- Two to five sentences in the body. What happened, who was there, why it mattered. Write it the way you’d tell a coworker.
- Attach the photos. Three to ten is the sweet spot; one is fine. Full-size originals, not screenshots. Tell us which one should be the cover if you have a favorite.
- Say where and when. City and branch, plus the date if it wasn’t today. We tag the location from whoever sends it in.
- Mention your team name if you want it on the post (“Oliver White Mortgage Group,” “The Garver Group”).
What gets posted
Team events, golf outings, awards and galas, conventions and rallies, volunteer days, ribbon cuttings, new hires, milestones, and the everyday moments that make a branch a branch. If it happened at Fairway and you’d be happy for a recruit to see it, it belongs here.
What doesn’t
Anything client-facing or loan-specific — rates, programs, borrower stories, closing photos with addresses. This site is about the people, not the products. Keep names to first name and last initial in your write-up; we’ll do the same.
Then what?
Tom Gould reviews each submission, builds the entry, and it goes live on the feed — usually within a day or two. You’ll get a link back you can drop in Teams or Slack.
